MEET THE CHEF
Like her Business She’s Small, but Mighty
Award winning baker and pastry chef Lauren Martin was born and raised in Roxboro, North Carolina. Her passion for baking began when she was just two years old in her grandmother's kitchen. Lauren remembers fondly sitting on the counter watching her grandmother make home biscuits.
In 2013, Lauren decided to turn her passion into a career and enrolled in the Chef's Academy. In 2015 she graduated with a degree in Pastry Arts. Since then she has worked in the kitchens of popular bakeries and restaurants like Daisy Cakes Bakery, Prestonwood Country Club, and Brookland Eats.

Lauren's work has grown into a labor of love, as she enjoys making the sweetest moments in peoples lives even sweeter.
